Steerium, Inc. ("Steerium," "we," "us") provides last-mile operational intelligence software for Amazon Delivery Service Partners ("DSPs"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at steerium.com, the Steerium web app, and the Steerium browser extension (together, the "Services").

1. Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account or sign in, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo. If you sign in with Google, we receive this basic profile information from Google. We do not receive your Google password.

Operational data you provide

To run the Services, you may upload or sync data about your DSP's operations. This can include scorecard results, safety and telematics events, customer feedback, delivery concessions, rosters, and route and performance data. This data may include information about your Delivery Associates ("DAs"), such as names, transporter IDs, and performance metrics.

Data synced by the browser extension

If you install the Steerium browser extension, it reads operational data from portals you are already signed in to and have permission to view, and sends it to your Steerium account. It only runs on the sites it is built for and only for the account you are signed in to.

Usage and device information

We collect basic technical information when you use the Services, such as browser type, device type, IP address, pages viewed, and the time and date of your visit. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to keep the Services secure.

2. How we use information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Google user data

If you sign in with Google, Steerium requests only basic profile scopes (your name, email address, and profile photo) to create and authenticate your account. We use this information only to sign you in and to identify your account. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or any other Google data.

Steerium's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except with your permission, for security purposes, or as required by law.

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Services:

We never share your DSP's data with other DSPs.

5. Your DSP's data and your DAs

Your DSP owns the operational data it uploads or syncs. We process information about your DAs on your behalf and only to provide the Services to you. You are responsible for having the right to share that information with us.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time. We will delete it within 30 days, unless we must keep certain records to meet legal obligations.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure authentication. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

9. Children

The Services are for businesses and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the Services before they take effect.
