Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Steerium, Inc. ("Steerium," "we," "us"). They govern your use of the Steerium website, web app, and browser extension (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for a company, you agree on behalf of that company.
1. The beta
The Services are in beta. Features may change, be incomplete, or contain errors. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We appreciate your feedback, and you allow us to use it to improve the Services without obligation to you.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business.
- You are responsible for your account and for activity under it. Keep your sign-in secure.
- Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. Your data
You own the data you upload or sync to the Services ("Your Data"). You give Steerium permission to host, process, and analyze Your Data only to provide and improve the Services for you. You confirm you have the right to share Your Data with us, including information about your Delivery Associates, and that doing so complies with your agreements and applicable law. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for anything unlawful or harmful.
- Access data you are not authorized to access.
- Try to break, overload, or reverse engineer the Services.
- Resell or share access to the Services outside your organization.
5. Predictions and decisions
Steerium provides analytics, forecasts, and projections. They are estimates based on available data, not guarantees. Your scorecard, status, route volume, and other outcomes are determined by Amazon and by your operations, not by Steerium. You are responsible for the decisions you make, including how you manage and coach your team.
6. Fees
Beta access may be free or paid. If fees apply, we will show them before you are charged. Paid plans renew until canceled, and you can cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period.
7. Third-party services
The Services work with third-party services, such as Google Sign-In and portals you choose to sync from. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Steerium is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using the Services and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we discontinue the beta. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will continue.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Steerium is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you before they take effect. Continuing to use the Services after that means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
